How to reproduce
Update to Preview 1.21.50.25
Create new world in creative
Make sure Education Edition toggle is off
Create world and join
Open Inventory
Click on third category button (the one with the icon of a bed)
Scroll all the way down until you find it.

Can confirm for win 10, these steps are not necessary it appears in the creative inventory no matter what.
What's also weird is that the Chalkboard and Poster aren't present in the inventory. Side note, I've never seen this "?" texture before, it's normally always the "Purple & Black Checkers" or "upd-ate"/"ate-upd".
@TheAxolotlLord just so you know the update block texture got updatet into this. So its just the normal texture for when a bllock dosen't have a texture
keep this item "Slate" when toggle Education enabled
