[MCPE-187765] Issues uploading custom avatars to Bedrock on Android

So, upon uploading an avatar (be aware, I have been uploading custom avatars for a long time, and already know about the size proportion rule) I am given an error saying 'Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64 64x32 or 128x128'. The image shown below is a screenshot of that. I also included a copy of the skin I'm uploading, and it is sized 64x64. This issue was resolved in a previous update last year and it has returned. I really want to upload my custom avatars again.
