This issue is really similar to MC-267095, but in the latest update, they attempted to fix it and accidentally targeted the wrong block. Instead of fixing the nether bricks, they adjusted the clay bricks. Now, because the textures for the new resin bricks are based on the nether bricks, all these bricks textures are misalignment with the others.
I've provided an example solution: you can take the top row of 16 pixels and move it to the bottom of the texture. Then, repeat the process by taking the leftmost 16 pixels and placing them on the right side.
This also affects chiseled blocks.

This issue is not a duplicate of MC-267095 because affects only the new version of minecraft with resin bricks, they tried to fix this issue but instead of fixing nether ones, they "fixed" the normal ones making every texture based on it wrong.

Almost all brick blocks are corrected in 1.21.50.28 Preview but nether/red bricks are still misaligned (chiseled/cracked nether bricks are also correct)
