Ender pearls don't teleport you properly when you throw them. They work as in that one snapshot in java where the pearls just barely teleports you. When you throw it, the Ender Pearl entity doesn't even show up.

I have removed the Preview version from the Affected Version/s field because the linked video does not appear to be made in a Preview versions.
The video also shows a world with addons active. The bug tracker only accepts issues that occur in vanilla Minecraft. If you can reproduce this in vanilla, please update the report with a vanilla video.
