I have created a custom entity with the minecraft:behavior.work_composter behaviour component and the entity does not perform the expected tasks.
I am not sure what you need in order to test this issue. Please advise and I can package the required files. It is a somewhat complex problem to reproduce.

For issues with using data driven components in addons we need you to provide a sample addon that can be used to reproduce the issue.
I've provided a sample addon that contains an entity utilblocks:droidfarmdriver which attempts to use the behaviour work.composter.
You will need to set up a wheat farm with a composter near it, spawn the entity and give it several stacks of wheat seeds. It should work the farm and use the composter but it does not.
