[MCPE-188195] Can't craft Bundles on some pre-existing worlds

I tried to craft a bundle but it won't let me craft it. I created another world where it worked.

I could confirm this issue, Because of Crafting recipe of Bundles will be not able to shown in crafting output.

Steps to reproduce

Download the World template file Then Create a new world with template
Switch to Creative mode Then Take the Leather and string
Craft the same Bundle's Crafting recipe on Inventory or crafting table and Observe the output

Obsessed result: ❌ The Crafting Output of bundles is not able to appear

Expected Behavior: The Crafting recipe output of bundle would be able to appear

In the manifest.json of your world, the base game version is set to 1.21.30. This is why you cannot craft bundles. Bundles were added in 1.21.40, so you need to change the base game version to that version.
