error loading texture pack, on a world wothout texture packs

created new world with a few add ons and the natural texture pack. It said a pack needed to update, I looked through them and all were updated. When I couldn't fix it i just created a new world WITHOUT any addons or packs but i cant create or log in to any of my worlds because of this error message. "error! there was a problem loading pack Natural Texture Pack. Restarting your game or re-download the pack might solve the issue" 

I have restarted the game multiple times, ré downloaded minecraft, removed the texture pack, but I cannot find a way to "re-download" the texture pack or delete it and i cannot play anything
