Mobile stack splitting bar still offset

Despite https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/MCPE-173632 closed as Fixed, the UI still appears not aligned correctly

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Take one item with a full stack (64 stacks or 16 stacks for some items)

2. Tap and hold its inventory slot.

Observed Results:

The green bar is displayed about half a texel below where it should be, misaligned with the outline and background.

Expected Results:

The green bar is placed perfectly on top of the black background, aligned with the outline.
