Tall grass only rendering bottom half on bonemeal

So I was messing around trying to re-create a pale garden on this little island I found, when I noticed that when I bonemealed the pale moss, the tallgrass created would only show the bottom half. I did have an add-on installed, but the add-on only added underground ores and stuff in the sky.

This issue fixed itself after re-logging.
