After updating to 1.21.50, I open a chest and nothing happens. If I wait a VERY long time , the UI might open, but often times does not. Trying to open my inventory also does nothing, but might if I wait long enough. When breaking blocks, there's no "breaking" animation or sound, they just disappear, and sometimes the blocks reappear after several seconds to a full minute, about the same amount of time it would take a chest to open after opening it. Chunks are not loading or taking a long time to load. I was not having these issues prior to the update. I would also like to add I was experiencing issues with an older bug MCPE-175116, which was resolved a little while before this latest update, so I don't know if this issue is related or something different this time around. I noticed that when I'm away from my base the problem is less noticeable. I can sleep in a bed, access inventory and open chests and shulker boxes without lag. I have mobs, an automated bamboo, chicken and sugarcane farm there using redstone rails, hopper minecarts, chests and hoppers, so I don't know if it's something there that's causing a problem. The minecarts will freeze over hoppers for several seconds, and mobs near my base are frozen and won't move.
As a side note I did back up my save, uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it and this did not help.
I started a new world and played around for about 10 minutes. I found a village and opened chests. No lag. There weren't a lot of mobs around but it seemed like I was having no issues whatsoever. It must be something specific to my survival world. I uploaded a video showing how the lag gets worse the closer to my base you get, so I feel like something there could be the issue, but I don't know. I just want to provide good details and information so this hopefully gets fixed soon.
@unknown: I have reopened your report (MCPE-188817) since this one doesn't contain enough information and wasn't reported for 1.21.50. It would be helpful if you could attach your world to MCPE-188817. On Android, you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds. If the world is too large to attach, you can upload it to a file-sharing site like OneDrive or Dropbox and share the download link.
