When opening Minecraft, audio stops working system-wide when the loading bar is at around 30%, even after the game is closed. Currently, the only way to fix it is to go into a program called "Realtek Audio Console", select the audio device, change it from Stereo to Quadrophone and back and then all Audio; including Minecraft, works again. In case it is relevant, this is the driver I am using:
