[MCPE-188975] Seed is not inputted into the "World seed" box when selecting a seed in the seed picker after suspending/minimizing the game with Screen Animations disabled

Summary:
When Screen Animations are disabled and the game is suspended/minimized and resumed while in the seed picker, selecting a seed doesn't input the seed into the "World seed" box. This issue doesn't occur in 1.21.50.

Steps to Reproduce:

Disable Screen Animations in Settings > Video
In the Create New World screen, navigate to Advanced > Templates
Suspend/minimize the game
Resume the game
Select a seed

Observed Results:
The seed isn't inputted into the "World seed" box.

Expected Results:
The seed should be inputted into the "World seed" box.

I have found that this issue only occurs when Screen Animations are disabled. I have updated the report. I can't provide a video showing the game being suspended because doing that ends the recording.
