Ive got a World and since the 1.21.50 update, All platforms can join except Xbox Series S and Xbox One.
Series S and Xbox One players have told me that when joining my World, their game crashes with black screen and returns to console home screen.

Are you using any add-ons? If so, which ones (name and creator), and does the issue still occur if those are removed?
What device are you hosting the world on?
