[MCPE-189333] The issue with loading when Item not spawns when the EDU toggle is enabled

I added my behavior pack, but the appearance of EDU items does not work on toggle is on

Items Appearance Error:

minecraft:board
minecraft:portfolio
minecraft:photo_item

These items are exclusive to the Education Edition of the game used in schools. The "Education Edition" toggle in the Bedrock Edition settings does not include them by design. A behavior pack cannot change this.
