Problems with water

Hello We still need help please My sons water as showen in pictures is still broken we have been told its a bug.

Hope you can help please.

He's seen it on other people world as well as my to I play on ps5 

We put it on here the other week and been told it's resolved but it is not.

Also some one put its caused as a result of using 

External editor to prune world or convert them between versions 

We have not had my sons world modified by an external editor has my is the Same on ps5 and I have not had any one touch it.

Also it's the same on others we know

We think the problem is an bug because it use to be ok

We think it's a problem your end hope you can help fix it please
