The New Create New World UI does not show the Marketplace Pass tab in Behavior Packs

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to the Create New World screen

  2. Click on the Resource packs and Behavior packs tabs

Observed Results:

The Marketplace Pass dropdown menu is only available in the Resource packs tab.

Expected Results:

The Marketplace Pass dropdown menu should be available in both the Resource packs and Behavior packs tabs.
