Marketplace Pass content does not appear on behaviour packs tab.

I bought Marketplace Pass expecting a immersive experience with a large quantity of content to choose from only for the behaviour packs to not work whatsoever. I have rebuilt my data base, deleted the application and reinstalled it, restored licenses and cleared cache etc and nothing has resolved this inconvenient issue. Please fix this and take priority of such issues.
