In mcpe mob and player burning fire texture not like minecraft pc version.
Step to reproduce
-In mcpe when mob and player burning by shoot arrow flame enchantment or mob burning sunlight,you will see how mob burning fire texture.
And try do this on PC version minecraft if you want proof it same on PC or not.
Hope you fix this bug or glitch.

Remember not all differences between game versions/platforms of Minecraft are bugs. If you need help or have a suggestion you might like to follow the community support link below.
(You might notice the flame texture is different in first person view also, re MCPE-14277)
