Hello team Mojang! me and my family love Minecraft! We spend many times playing this game! But I have trouble since 0.15 update. The son's device never log into xbox live. I try to contact to developers on twitter and xbox support but we dont reply me. I tried many ways to fix it, clear cache, install vpn app, instal blocklaucher... The router is configured correctly, the andoid is updated...He try to connect and its around and around and return to menu or the app crash! Please reply us! Thanks!

Have you turned off any power saving modes? Yes!
Can you log in with another xbox live account, preferably an adult one (not a child's account)? No, because the MCPE dont open the log window xbox account. The screen turns black and returns to the menu or crash and it says: THE MCPE STOPED.But I can log in another device like Moto G2 and 4, another Samsung device, but this device never log in xbox live account.
