[MCPE-189975] When first join sky shows as day but game behaves as if it is night.

Sometime when I join my hardcore Minecraft survival world it's day and the sun is out but monsters are able to spawn and i am able to sleep but after sleeping the issue is fixed and the day and night cycle works as usual
