In Nether the height limit is 128 Blocks instead of 256

According to MCPE-18263, the 128 build height is working as intended

This issue duplicates MCPE-18263. Please perform a search next time to make sure your bug hasn't already been reported.

 Iwish it was  ahigher height limit because there are so many more things you can do with that ability
