Locked out of world because unable to deactivate resource packs

Previously I had bought the monthly subscription of the market, and I downloaded two resource packs and added them to my creative world, once the subscription ended I did not decide to renew it, now when I try to enter my world a window appears where it asks me if I want to buy the resource packs, when it chooses the option of "no" the window closes and when I try again the same window appears again and again, then enter the world settings to delete the resource packs but it gives me an unexpected error, and it does not let me delete them, so I have not been able to enter my world
