Hello Kitty DLC Cannot Buy from the Kawaii Shop

I have been able to go to Hello Kitty and purchase items from her Kawaii Shop until now. I am in the winter season and I've reported other issues(not sure if they're related). Anyway, I went to go buy feed and empty bottles. Seeing as I wanted to stock up, I was quickly pressing to purchase. At some point I realized the number of my items stopped going up but it kept saying "Purchase made". I have since closed the game and reopened it to see if that fixed the problem. Thankfully, I am now able to purchase items again but I thought I should report it nonetheless.
