My season changed from fall to winter and all the plots to my crops have disappeared. All of my beehives have disappeared too. I've run into a bug every day that I've played. It's as if they released the game without ever beta testing it properly.

I'm having the same exact issue. All of my hives are gone. All of my plots for crops are gone. I can't plant anything.

There's supposed to be a plunger for a fireworks display. That's a real shame that it didn't show up at all for you. I've been reading that a lot of people are experiencing bugs including myself. Leave feedback to the creator via the marketplace and rate the game. Hope more people report issues directly to mojang.
