Issue Description:
I am experiencing an issue when trying to scroll in the Storage menu under Minecraft settings (version 1.21.51). The scrolling space is very small at the bottom, making it difficult to access options like Cached Data, Resource Packs, and Behavior Packs.

Due to the limited scroll area, I am having trouble managing files in the game. I have attempted several steps to resolve this issue, including:

1. Changing the storage location from External to Internal (if available).
2. Ensuring there are no issues with my device's touchscreen.
3. Restarting the game and my device.

However, the issue persists. I have also tested this on another Android device, and the same problem occurs.

I kindly request a fix in a future update. I have also attached a screenshot to illustrate this issue.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
1. Open Settings in Minecraft.
2. Navigate to the Storage menu.
3. Try scrolling down - there is only a small area to scroll, making navigation difficult.
