Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the Drop 1 2025 in Experiments

2. Take a Farmland block and Short/tall dry grass then place the farmland on bottom and place the short/tall dry grass on top

Observed Result: The short and tall dry grass can place into farmland than Java Edition

Expected behavior: The short and tall dry grass shouldn't be place into farmland

This was fixed in Java Edition instead. Closing as Works As Intended.
