[MCPE-190593] Worlds take long to load, even if the file size is small.

Worlds take long to load even if the file size is small, I tested this on a brand new world and a world over 200MB. This was also tested on Windows 11, IOS 18.3.1 and Xbox Series S.

How long do worlds currently take to load for you, and how long are you expecting them to take to load?

@OcelotOnesie They take about 50 seconds no matter what device and world i use, if connecting to a multiplayer world/server it takes up to 60 seconds. I have good wifi and I have tried using different internet in different locations yet it still takes the same amount of time.
