Freezing, up to two seconds per freeze

I play on the Switch Lite. As stated, my game now freezes for around 2 seconds every ~20 seconds or so, which is unplayable. Happens in menus; even the starting menu, in the game etc… It used to freeze already, back when the bundles dropped, and it’s been what four months and still no fix for that?
