Game reset all options and worlds after exiting the game, losing all game data

After exiting the game and reloading the game once again, all game data is erased including worlds, add-ons, setting and even te player's account (signed out) and had to start all over again. This happened in the previous 1.21.60, 1.21.61 updates as well including the beta releases.
