Every time I try or a friend tries to join a multiplayer world and download an addon bigger than 20mb the loading will just crash or pause and never download the addon. You can only join if the addon is removed.

This is happening to me on ps5 with the Mowzie’s Mobs, Structure Generation, Realistic Biomes, and Tinker’s Construct Lite add ons. It also occurred with a texture pack known as Faithless. All of these are on the marketplace and my friend can’t join me/ download the addon if I have any of them on a world, by themselves or not. It gets to about 17-19MB downloaded then says there’s a connection issue despite both our internet connections being just fine. I tested this with another friend and the same thing happens.
My Minecraft keeps closing itself when I am using the dragonfire lite addon. I also have the realism vfx addon and it usually works fine. It is making minecraft very difficult to play with the constant crashing.

The add on is any addon over 25 MB it happens with every addon I use that's over 20 mb. But a specific one I can say is https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/marketplace/pdp?id=5eddc134-bdf3-4a84-b7c5-ee0504402be9. But again it happens with any and all add-ons over 20mb in size.
