Forcing me to "sign in" again

When I opened Minecraft for the first time, I immediately "signed in" at that moment. After that, I started going into the settings to build the options I wanted while playing. For example: brightness, buttons, FOV, external storage, and so on. I also put my skin from the gallery into Minecraft. When I was done, I tried to quit Minecraft and delete the background and after that, I wanted to log back in. For some reason, I was asked to "sign in" again from Minecraft, even though I had already "signed in" the first time. And once I "signed in" again, at that moment, my skin, the settings that I had changed everything, suddenly returned to normal again. I'm seriously not kidding! That's when I started to get annoyed and wanted to submit this to Mojang! I don't know if this is just me, or if there are other people who have experienced this. Please Mojang, fix this bug! I experienced this from version 1.21.60 official to 1.21.62 official. Again, I'm seriously not joking! Thankyou.
