Toy Story Mash up wont download with enough space on ps4/minecraft

i own the toy story mash up pack but the pack wont download at all saying i dont have enough space but i do on minecraft & ps4 it used to be installed on my game but for unknown reason its not install and the game wont let me.

the game crashes when trying to download the pack on world settings when adding a textile pack into the world

i have pretty of space on minecraft & ps4

worlds: 150.0mb

resouruce pack 2.1mb

behavior pack: 0.90mb

ps4: main system storage-> 709.8gb/861.4mb

Extended storage-> 537.3gb/ 1.84tb
