When clicking on the marketplace it items in the marketplace it gives me an incomplete purchase error even though I haven’t purchased anything. Upon clicking okay to continuing the purchase, it gives me another error message saying ‘we were unable to connect to the app store’ even though I’m on windows. This has also been happening on Xbox and IOS but it still just gives me the same error message no matter what.
