Option settings resets when I quit the app and re-enter it

The moment I quit the app and re-enter to play it my whole settings will be reset to default as you can see below. The first image is the result after I changed my settings and the 2nd one is when I quit the game and re-open it. It always goes back to the default settings which sometimes can be annoying.
