[MCPE-190932] Behavior pack bug

I don't know if it's a big but addons in marketplace have behavior packs and those don't disable achievements in the new beta/preview, but behavior packs from mcpedl and curceforge does disable achievements

It’s working as intended because ones from MCPEDL do not have a metadata for not disabling achievements.

Additionally, as far as I know, all add-ons on Marketplace are bundles of resource pack and behavior pack.
