Already traded with villagers randomly disconnect from their job stations

Villagers i have traded with and gave plenty of pathing to their workstations, randomly disconnect from them then try to reconnect and not be able to restock. i tested this so many times and it happens even happens in a village of 1 villager so this isn't a villager population issue
