When I start Minecraft, it asks me to log in to Microsoft but doesn't allow me access. It says I'm connected to another account, but I haven't accessed Minecraft anywhere else. I only play on PS4, and I haven't given my details to anyone else. I need help. It's been like this for over 6 months. I've asked for help on Discord, but it hasn't worked.
