I have several redstone contraptions in my world and the ones with copper bulbs will activate or deactivate whenever I login. I have three different contraptions that involve copper bulbs and they all activate whenever I log in, even if I am not in simulation distance. One of which is a rocket dispenser, two are walls being observed by observer pointing into a copper bulb. I have a system to turn off my portal farm but the copper bulb will turn off and say that the portals are off when they actually are on. I constantly am repowering the copper bulb to show the accurate status of the portals. It is very frustrating and it is not due to chunk boarders I have checked.

I think it is actually the observer. I did some more testing in a flat world. here is an unlisted video with testing.
this makes sense because I remember having the same issues before copper bulbs were added using a different t flip flop
