i Cant hear the game and it take too long to load

I have to wait more than a hour or more to load the game, but the most of the time in nowadays i have to enter and leave ten game at least 5 times and when load, i can’t hear anything, even if in the configuration the options of souns arew 100% and even in my computer its 100% too. Please help me, i dont wanna delete the game, specially my survival world.
