Wind does not launch as high with Netherite armor

If you use Wind Charges with Leather ,Chain,Iron Or Diamond Armor you Fly normal up but if you got netherite Armor its Like you weigth 500 Pounds more and yeah Idk im really Sure you will notice what I mean if you Watch the Video I tryed with and without netherite Armor and its defenetly NOT Skill issue from me if you know why thats Like that or its Not Bug just Tell me
