Classic skin won't upload from device despite being up to standards

I can't upload a skin from my phone because it says the image needs to be of the correct size and a .png file. I made sure the skin was the correct size and file type, but it still have me the warning. I even resized it from 128x128 to 64x64 and that still didn’t work.
