Can’t Open any world settings that use MC Marketplace Content

Any world that uses Minecraft Marketplace Content, no matter the size… won’t let me edit it, or let people download the content. I’m a Minecraft YouTuber, so this problem is rather urgent as it affects my life outside of the game (As well as others), I’ve tried deleting the game, reinstalling it, redownloading the files and packs, but the game is still not working properly. Anyone have experience with this?
