a few years ago i got the cape to commemorate the 10th anniversary of minecraft but it always appeared and disappeared from my collection of capes until one day it disappeared and never came back.

When did you noticed the cape missing?
More information will be helpful in evaluating this issue.
That happened to me too, I can't get that cape back anymore :c
