When trying to flying using elytra inside non-collision blocks (example: Sugar Cane, Grass, etc) it will teleport you back

Step

1. Use elytra

2. Stand on tall non-collision blocks (like sugar cane,Tall grass, Flowers)

3. Use fireworks inside of it to boost yourself

4. and boom it will teleport you back instead continuously to fly where you go

This bug since 1.21.60 I think
