When you go to the end and defeat the ender dragon, a portal appears(end portal) and you can actually destroy the portal blocks inside the bedrock! Same with the overworld portal.
p.s. End poem is a little long and boring.
p.p.s Can I have a cape in PC? I play that too! (I thinks this is a huge bug)
