End Portal Block Is Obtainable With Creative and Has 'Update' Texture

Using the PickBlock feature on Windows 10 edition (Middle Click by default) you can obtain End portal blocks, which show the 'update' texture.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a normal End portal

• Use PickBlock (middle click) on the portal blocks

• End portal blocks with wrong texture is now in your inventory and hand and can be placed
