[MCPE-19353] Can't use or tap on my resource packs

I can use my resource packs on my Kindle fire but not on my iPad so it might be an iOS Glitch but whenever I try to use a resource pack it doesn't show the options to use it

Only shows to take off the resource pack when it is on

when i put it on for me it ahows normal textures and not what is in the packs
