[MCPE-19394] When we shoot the Wither Boss with a bow using an Arrow Of Healing it is reflected instead of disappearing

Steps to Reproduce

1.In any Game Mode Spawn the Wither Boss
2.Get a Bow and the Arrow Of Healing
3. Shoot the Wither Boss using that Arrow
4. Shooting in it using the Arrow of Healing you see that the arrow is reflected back instead of disappearing

Did you know that while the wither boss is first spawned and has less than half health all arrows shot at it get deflected? Also happens for during fight when wither reaches below half health. This is supposed to happen. WAI.
