[MCPE-19396] upon destroying a painting, a block it has been placed on is also destroyed.

Everytime I try to break a picture frame it breaks the picture frame and the block

@unknown Were you testing this in MCPE or Minecraft Windows 10 edition? Because this bug can only be reproduced in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and that doesn't have the beta.

@unknown Then i'll just trust the changelog that it's been fixed for Minecraft Windows 10 edition too, although i'm not able to confirm it here. Fingers crossed.

i can confirm this has been fixed for MCPE 1.0.4.0 On Android. i tested it for several minuets at length (20 min) and never once broke the block behind it.
