While typing my username on a sign, I had discovered that it censored it, but only on signs. Occurred in a Realm, and does not happen in a normal world.
Reproduce by joining a realm (tested in 1.21.62), writing ‘c7h10o2’ in a sign, and waiting a few seconds for it to censor.

I'm also facing that issue. We really need some fix.
Even if that word is not in the list, that censor.
Maybe take this up with Mojang support so they can uncensor your name? https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us
The game may see your name as a bad word or swear word since your name is a mix of letters and numbers.
